Margaret Glackin

Margaret C. Glackin (nee Boyce), age 95, of Media, PA, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on May 11, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Catherine Boyce (nee Harkins). Margaret was a graduate of West Catholic High School for Girls in Philadelphia. She was employed as a secretary for the United States Navy Yard.



Margaret was predeceased by her husband, B. Frederic Glackin and her son Robert Glackin. Survived by her children Kathleen, James (Paula), Mary, Brian (Donna) Glackin, her 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.



Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday 9:30-10:20 AM St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.



In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to Southeastern Chapter (SEPA) of the American Red Cross, 23rd & Chestnut Streets, Philadelphia, PA 19103 would be appreciated.
