Margaret Keller

Margaret Edith Keller (nee Johnson), 92, of Honey Brook, PA passed away on November 2, 2016.



Born in 1924, in Bristol, PA, Margaret was the daughter of the late Fred and Pearl (Foster) Johnson.



She worked as a School Secretary for the Coatesville Area School District.



Margaret was the wife of the late William Carl Keller; loving mother of Richard Keller; loving grandmother of Jamie R. Keller and Amanda R. Keller; dear sister of Ronald E. Johnson.



She was predeceased by her siblings, Fred Johnson and Norman Johnson.



She loved traveling with her husband in their motorhome. They visited every state in the country including Alaska, and also visited every province in Canada.

She especially liked visiting the lighthouses in all of the states that had them. She was an avid rock collector in her youth. She seemed like whenever she was hiking she was always looking down for interesting rocks.



She loved her two scottish terriers. They went everywhere with her, even in the motorhome.



She visited Japan when her son was in the Navy and later visited France with her brothers Ronnie and Norman.



She was an artist and loved painting landscapes of the places she visited.



Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday, November 19, 2016 and to her Funeral Service 10:00 AM at Tel Hai Retirement Community, 1100 Tel Hai Circle, Honey Brook, PA 19344. Interment Rosedale Memorial Park, Bensalem, PA.



In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the Chester County SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.
