Margaret "Marge" Potter

Margaret “Marge” Potter (nee Starr), age 84, of Folsom, PA, passed away on May 11, 2023.

Born in Newtown Square, PA on April 3, 1939, Marge was the daughter of the late James and Margaret (nee Carson) Starr. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Marge loved to knit, enjoyed happy hour, playing poker, watching PGA Golf & Fox News, and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren. She was a strong, compassionate, resilient, and willful woman. Marge enjoyed traveling with her Husband Ed and spending September in Sea Isle City, NJ. Out of all her favorite things, she loved family and holiday gatherings the most.

Marge was the beloved wife of the late Edward T Potter. Loving mother to Margaret Dorrian (the late Daniel), Lynda Kuder (the late Ted), Edward Potter (Alane), Kevin Potter (Suzanne); Kimberly Murrin (Thomas), Kelly Kane (Mark) and predeceased by infants Richard and Thomas. Caring grandmother of thirteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. She was the dear sister to David Starr (Bobbie) and predeceased her two other brothers James and Michael Starr.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her Viewing at 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Thursday May 18, 2023 at the Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Avenue Morton, PA 19070, and Friday May 19^, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 136 Saxer Avenue, Springfield PA 19064, followed by 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass and Interment at St Denis Cemetery 2401 St. Denis Lane. Havertown, Pennsylvania, 19083.
