Matthews, Margaret Ann, 62, of Coatesville, formerly of Broomall, passed away on September 2, 2015.
She was the loving mother of Timothy Moroney (Christen); grandmother of Ryan Moroney and Emma Moroney; sister of Edwin Matthews, John Matthews, Joseph Matthews, and James Mattews; and longtime girlfriend of Mike Peluso for 25 years.
Peggy loved going to the beach, picking out pretty shells, and taking long walks. She also loved making blankets for her family.
Peggy loved going out to dinner and a movie with friends and having some good laughs. She enjoyed cooking and held every Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. When she and Mike were spending a quiet night at home, she loved to sit on the back porch with Mike, have a cold glass of chardonnay, and watch the hummingbirds go by.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Friday, September 11, 10:00-10:50 A.M. at SS Peter & Paul Church, 1327 E Boot Rd, West Chester, PA 19380, followed by her Memorial Mass at 11:00 A.M.
