Margaret A. "Peg" Vance (nee Canfield)

Margaret A. “Peg” Vance (nee Canfield), age 85, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on June 25, 2022. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Margaret T. Canfield (nee Meehan).

She liked collecting antiques and was an avid reader, especially books about Ireland. She also liked watching old movies, taking long walks and loved spending time with her granddaughters.

Peg was the beloved wife of the late George T. Vance; loving mother of Lorraine Holt (Rob) and the late Donna M. Vance; adoring Mom-Mom of Lauren A. Holt and Donna M. Holt.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, June 30, 2022 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073 and to her Funeral Mass 10:00 AM Friday, July 1, 2022 at St. Pius X Church 220 Lawrence Rd., Broomall, PA 19008. Interment The Woodlands Cemetery.
