Maria Alejnikov (nee Horvath), age 88, of Downingtown, PA, passed away on October 18, 2014. Born in Vitnyéd, Hungary, she was the daughter of the late János and Terézia Horvath (nee Varga). Maria and her late husband, Frigyes Alejnikov, were co-owners of AF Upholstering Company in Berwyn, PA.
She is survived by her children Peter F. (Karen M.) and Robert Paul (Debra) Alejnikov, her grandchildren Robert Alejnikov, Christin Carroll (Stephen), Christine Alejnikov (Benjamin) Vaccaro and John Alejnikov and her brother János Horvath.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Tuesday, October 21, 2014 9:30-10:00 AM, St. Joseph Church, 338 Manor Avenue, Downingtown, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the American Heart Association, 5455 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43214 would be appreciated.
