Marian Adelaide Keeler

Marian Adelaide Keeler, age 67, passed away surrounded by her family on August 16th, 2022. She was born on January 3rd, 1955 to her parents James P. Gunning and Adelaide Guth in Staten Island, NY. 

She moved to Broomall, PA after high school with her mother and eventually to Morton, PA where she would start her own family. In 1983 she married Harold Keeler, and they would go on to increase their family to five: Denise, Matthew, and Samantha. 

Marian was a dedicated member of the Delco and Ridley communities, and a person that loved to get to know everyone and anyone. She worked hard to inspire joy in everyone that she met while she worked at Swiss Farms. She could often be found volunteering at her children's lacrosse and swimming events; investing hundreds of hours in support of the Suburban Swim league where she eventually served as president of the league. She loved all sports but was most passionate toward Philly teams and anything her children or grandchildren were attached to. She was a kind soul that was always available with an ear for anyone, and she had the ability to lift up those who needed it.

She is preceded in death by both her parents and favorite dog Krucker and survived by her loving husband, three children, and two grandchildren.

A viewing will be held Thursday, August 25th at Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home 746 Kedron Ave, Morton, PA 19070 at 10am, with a service at 12pm. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. We welcome you to come in sports attire to celebrate her.
