Marianne Brower

Marianne P. Brower "Mummum" (nee Bove), age 71, of Springfield, PA, formerly of Upper Darby, PA, passed away suddenly on December 25, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Albert F. Brower. Loving mother of Pattie Brower and Tommy Brower (Fianceé Shannon Maria). Dear grandmother of Sammi Brower. Sister of the late Bill and John Bove. Sister-in-law of Alba Bove and cousin to Aunt Linda. Aunt of Michele, Greg and John. Also survived by many other loving family and friends.



Marianne "Mummum" was a lover of life, professional treat taster, Food Network guru, adventurer, Jersey tomato connoisseur, scenic tour pioneer, maker of meatballs, Jeopardy champion and the ultimate survivor. She was a mini miracle who was the epitome of "carpe diem". Mary not only enjoyed everyday, but every moment of everyday. Mommom made everyone she met a better person and brought out the best in all of us. So many were drawn to this little lady's selfless outlook on life, and cherished the love that she gave to them. She listened and cared. Mom taught us all how to love, and that was her special gift. As one of her morning coffee mugs said "don't count the days, make the days count."
