Marion M. Powers (nee Mongan), age 94, of Downingtown, PA, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on May 29, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late James J. and Marguerite Mongan (nee Kelleher).
Marion was predeceased by her beloved husband, George A. Powers, Jr. She is survived by her loving children John T. (Mary Ann), George A. (Jody), Anne E. Donohue (Dennis) and Mary Beth Powers (Doug Meyer), her 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Friday, June 2, 2017 9:30-10:20 AM St. Bernadette Church, 1035 Turner Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marion's memory to The Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity, 3501 Solly Avenue, P.O. Box 6296, Philadelphia, PA 19136-0296.
