Marjorie Ann Cahill

Marjorie Ann Cahill, 78, of Downingtown, PA died peacefully on November 25, 2023 at St. Martha’s Villa, where she resided for the past 7 years. 

Born in 1945, in Upper Darby, PA, Marjorie was the daughter of the late Howard Emmett and Anna Elizabeth (née Wilds) Cahill.

She is survived by her brother, Howard Cahill.

In her early life, Marjorie was employed by Fair Acres for more than 16 years. She was such a dedicated and hardworking employee that she was presented with a Perfect Attendance award in 1983. She was said to be “a self-reliant, productive woman and a contributing member of our society.”  

Marjorie was a volunteer for the Elwin Institutes Alumni Social Club monthly meetings and helped arrange anything that was needed for the club meetings. In her free time, she enjoyed aerobic dancing class, embroidering and knitting.
