Born in 1928 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late James and Julia Gallagher.
Marjorie was the loving aunt of James Gallagher, Dennis Gallagher, Susan Gallagher, and Rita McKeown; predeceased by her brothers Dennis Gallagher and James Gallagher.
