Martin Toney

Martin Toney (Pop), 91, of West Chester, PA, passed away November 6, 2024.

Born December 28, 1932 in Bishopville, SC, he was a son of the late Willie and Hannah (nee Benjamin) Toney.

Martin served honorably in the U.S. Army in the Korean war.

Martin worked 40+ years at Wyeth in West Chester, PA as a Chemist.

He was an L.A. Dodger baseball fan. He also liked football, golf, and basketball.

Martin was the beloved husband of Bertha L. (nee Parker) Toney; loving father of Jeanette, Annette, Martin, (spouse Kathleen), and Mark; adoring grandfather of Dinita, Andre, (spouse Cherrell), Jeanelle, (spouse Harrison), Malik, (spouse Amanda), Kwasi, Jasmine, Marleen, Madeson, and Austin; proud great-grandfather of 12; and dear brother of Thomas Toney, (spouse Yvonne). He was predeceased by his daughter, Mardette.

Services will be private.
