Mary Connell

Mary R. Connell (nee Fitzgerald) of Morton, Pa (formerly Lowman, NY) passed away on June 23, 2017. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Robert Connell, parents Richard and Mildred (nee McClure) Fitzgerald and brother's Richard and Jack Fitzgerald. Mary was a published author, voracious reader, house builder, loved gardening, sewing, crocheting but most of all she was a mother extraordinaire. She is survived by her loving children Robert H. Connell, Kathleen A. Connell, Kevin L. Connell and Charmaine L. Fitch, her sister Veronica Gursky and numerous grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 12:00 - 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 27th at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home 746 Kedron Ave. Morton, Pa 19070 followed by her 1:00 PM Service. The family would like to invite everyone to Tony's Bar 1002 Woodlawn Ave. Collingdale, Pa for drinks and appetizers after her service. Interment will be 11:00 AM on Thursday June 29th Maple Grove Cemetery 715 W. Broad St. Horseheads, NY 14845 The family would like to invite everyone to Hilton Garden Inn 35 Arnot Rd. Horseheads, NY for drinks and lunch following her burial.
