Mary Ellis

Mary Penny Mildred Ellis, "Penny", passed away on August 20, 2017. She was predeceased by her parents Charles L. and Mary June (nee Balderson) Ellis and her brother George. Penny is survived by her daughter, 3 grandchildren, loving siblings Pamela DiGiacomo, Charles, Michael and Thomas Ellis and several nieces and nephews. She worked as an LPN in the maternity ward at Delaware County Memorial Hospital for 40 years, retiring in 2015. She loved the beach and spending time with family and close friends that she worked with. Penny also loved traveling with her best friend Dot Kenny, whom she had known for 50 years Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday August 26, 2017 at the Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home 746 Kedron Ave. Morton, Pa 19070 followed immediately by her Memorial Service at 10:00 AM.
