Mary F. Long (nee Fleming), age 61, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on August 4, 2013 at her sister's residence in Ardmore, PA. Born in Bryn Mawr, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph H. and Margaret E. Fleming (nee Mullin) and the sister of the late Joseph and Michael Fleming.
Mary was employed as a very compassionate and dedicated nurse at Don Guanella in Springfield, PA. She retired in 2011.
She is survived by her daughters Margaret and Teresa Long, her siblings, Patricia Fleming and Sarann F. Fisher and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Charles J. Long.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Thursday, August 8, 2013 9:30-10:20 AM St. Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby followed by her Memorial Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment St. Denis Cemetery, Havertown.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 would be appreciated.
