Mary Elizabeth Faunce (nee Barnett), 94, of West Chester, PA passed away on March 7, 2017.
Born in Philadelphia in 1923, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (nee Bear) Barnett. Mary volunteered at Bryn Mawr Rehab and SS Simon & Jude Parish.
Mary was the beloved wife of the late Franklyn R. Faunce; loving mother of Mary Donnelly (Bernie), Patricia Smith (Don), and Virginia Smalley (Chris); devoted grandmother of Peggy Hoefel, Patty Roloff, Linda Laird, Kathy Mignone, Mary Smith, Beth Morales Singh, Emily Voltolina, Anne Morales, and the late John Donnelly; dear sister of Catherine Reinsel, the late John Barnett, the late Joseph Barnett, and the late Lawrence Barnett; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Saturday, March 11, 2017 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000 followed by her Funeral Mass 11:30 AM at St. Agnes Church, 233 West Gay Street, West Chester, PA 19380. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Neighborhood Hospice, 795 E. Marshall Street, Suite 204, West Chester, PA 19380.
