Mary Immaculata George of Southern Pines, NC died on January 1, 2015, at the age of 93. She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence "Luke" George.
Prior to moving to NC, Mrs. George had been a life long resident of Bucks County, PA and a devoted member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
Mary George was an active participant in the Arts Community, a great supporter of "Living Healthy" and had a true love for all animals.
Her three nieces and a nephew, each of whom lives on the east coast, survive her.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday, January 12, 2015 10:00 AM St. Joseph Church, 500 Woodlawn Avenue, Collingdale, PA followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the Bucks County SPCA, 1665 Street Road, Lahaska, PA 18931 would be appreciated.
