Mary Hager
October 24, 1957 — January 22, 2014
Mary F. Hager (nee Duffy), age 56, of Upper Darby, passed away on January 22, 2014. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Florence Duffy (nee Bosher) and the late James Duffy. She was employed as a teacher for the past 20 years and recently at TLC Preschool in Havertown.
In addition to her mother, Mary is survived by her children Douglas (Kelly) Hager of Haddonfield, NJ, Erin Hager of Glenolden, PA, Shawn (Noreen) Hager of Phoenixville, PA and Gregory (Dana) Hager of Wilmington, DE, her grandchildren Andrew, Shawn and Charlotte and her siblings Eileen (Charles) Kelly of Havertown, James (Maria) Duffy of Havertown, Ann Marie Scouten of Drexel Hill and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Gerard Duffy.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Sunday, January 26, 2014 6-8 PM and Monday, January 27, 2014 8:30-9:15 AM The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.) Upper Darby (610) 449-0300 followed by her Funeral Mass 10 AM St. Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 would be appreciated.
