Mary Hunter

Mary Eileen Hunter, 93, of Honey Brook, PA and formerly of West Chester, PA passed away on December 11, 2016.



Born in Philadelphia, PA, Mary was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Barnett) Cliggett.



Mary was the loving wife of the late Norman Hunter; loving mother of Jane J. Smith (John), Dennis J. Hunter (Laura), Elizabeth Mancuso (Andrew) and James Hunter (fiancé, Alieth Lord); dear grandmother of Aaron J. Smith (Donna Wooten), Adam J. Smith (Gail Biton Smith), Rachel E. Foster (Loren), Tara Heller (Matt), Todd Hunter (Leslee), Jason Hunter, Caitlin Jane Hunter, Dylan Thomas Hunter, Allison Cuthie (Robert), Paul S. Mancuso (Wendy Gaza Mancuso), Phillip Mancuso (Jenna), Sarah Mancuso, Jesse Mancuso, Emily Magee (Andrew) and Samuel Mancuso; and loving great-grandmother of Ella Kate Foster, Henry L. Foster, Caitlin Elizabeth Heller, Keegan Thomas Hellar, Gracyn Lee Hunter, Madison Hunter, Nathan Andrew Mancuso, Lilliana Grace Mancuso, Margaret E. Cuthie, Nora G. Cuthie, Olivia Anne Cuthie, Dominic Robert Cuthie, Paityn Leanne Keiasar, Julian Andrew Mancuso and Sullivan Mancuso; dear sister of Clare Jacobs and Jane Trautwein.

She was predeceased by siblings, Dolores Wolf, Jack Cliggett, Richard Cliggett and Robert Cliggett.



Mary was a dedicated wife and mother who loved listening to Christian music and reading her bible. She enjoyed drawing and her artwork was inspired by the joy of illustrations found in children's literature, cards and her family.
