Mary Patricia Cerniglia Thomas "Pat" (nee Burghart), 76, of West Chester and formerly of Upper Darby, PA passed away on June 3, 2014.
Born in 1938 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Irene (Gerstner) and Peter Burghart.
Pat was predeceased by her husband Anthony J. Cerniglia.
She was the loving mother of Joanne P. Underwood (the late Woody) of Palmyra, NJ, Margaret Mary Cottman (William) of West Chester, John Anthony Cerniglia of Havertown, Maria T. Beck (Jack) of Havertown, Anthony Paul Cerniglia of Havertown and Clare Marie Cerniglia of Havertown; loving grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson; dear sister of Lawrence Burghart and the late James Burghart.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:30
