Mary Constance "Connie" Lartigue

Mary Constance “Connie” Lartigue, age 80, of Parkside, PA, passed away on September 24, 2019.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John and Gertrude (nee Logue) Bracken.

Connie was a graduate of St. Leonard’s Academy and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Villanova University. She worked at Bryn Mawr Hospital for 30 years where she received the 2002 Dr. Gilman E. Heggestad Award for outstanding service in nursing. Connie retired from her nursing position at Bryn Mawr Hospital and currently worked at St. Agnes School as their school nurse. She was an avid reader and Philadelphia sports fan. Connie also enjoyed all holidays and making those occasions very special for her family and especially her grandchildren.

Connie was the beloved mother of Gabrielle Mangan (Jack), Connie Sierra (Rick), and Danielle Wise (Charles); loving grandmother of John, Brendan, Allison, Alexander, Emily, Nicholas, Daniel, Nate, Anna, and Eleanor. She is also survived by her siblings, Kay Hall, Jack Bracken (Jean), and Paul Bracken (Nan). She was predeceased by her daughter, Katie Lartigue.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Tuesday, October 1, 2019, 8:30-10:00 AM at St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay Street, West Chester, PA  19380, followed by her Memorial Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment private.
