Mary Margaret Fleming

Mary Margaret Anne Fleming (nee McBreen), age 71, of Havertown, PA, passed away on July 22, 2020.   Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph R. and Eleanor McBreen (nee Powers).

Mary was a 1967 graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School in Philadelphia, PA.   She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Records Management in 1975 from Temple University.

Mary was an Adjunct Professor/Instructor at Temple University from 1978-1984 and was employed as the Medical Records Director at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children from 1996-2016.

Mary is survived by her beloved husband, John “Jack” Fleming, her loving children Andrew John Fleming (Jacqueline Taddonio) and Elizabeth Anne Fleming and her siblings Catherine Kennedy and Joseph “Sonny” McBreen.

Services and interment are pending.
