Wife of the late Allen L. Seltzer, Jr.; loving mother of Joseph L. Seltzer, MD (Suzanne) of West Chester and Allen P. Seltzer, DDS (Susan) of West Chester; grandmother of Gwendolyn Weller, Joseph L. Seltzer, Jr., Gregory P. Seltzer, Erica Gaffney, Kathleen Seltzer, Peter Seltzer, and Kevin Seltzer; also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
