Matthew Cunningham

Matthew F. “Matt” Cunningham, age 48, of Linwood, NJ, passed away on September 5, 2020. Born in Darby, PA, he was the son of Margaret A. Toal and the late James L. Cunningham.

Matt worked as a Warehouse Supervisor. He loved fishing, cars, and helping people with home improvement projects. Matt enjoyed the ocean and riding his bike on the boardwalk.

Matt was the loving father of Jillian P. Cunningham; beloved brother of Sandra Sgro (Ted), Kathleen Sides (Leo), Eileen Brennan (Bob), Jennifer Bruchstein (Guy), and the late Joseph Stoume. Also survived by 13 caring nieces & nephews and 12 great nieces & nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to Matthew’s Greeting on Friday, September 11, 2020, 9:30-11:00 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. The Memorial Service will be held privately for family only. The Memorial Service will be Livestreamed on The Donohue Funeral Home’s Facebook Page.

Due to the current circumstances, the Funeral Home is only allowed to have 25 people present in the building at once, so we may have to send visitors into the building in shifts.
