Mercedes Davalos-Piacentini

Mercedes R. Davalos-Piacentini, age 88, of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on March 26, 2014. She was a beautiful woman, touching lives of all ages with the love of Jesus. Words are inadequate to express our loss, but heaven's gain.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Luciano and Esther Davalos (nee Maldanado). Mercedes graduated from Simon-Gratz highschool in 1944. She was employed at Jefferson University, until she retired in 1988.
She is survived by her children William Piacentini, Mercedes Dinnella, Thea Cleveland (Christopher), her 6 grandchildren Chanté, Ann Margaret, Amanda, Charlene, Michelle, Danielle and 14 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Anthony D. Piacentini and her son David Piacentini (Elizabeth).
