Michael R. Donohue, Sr., age 51, of Upper Darby, passed away on November 10, 2015. Born in Darby, PA, he was the son of Margaret Mary Donohue (nee Callaghan) and the late Robert T. Donohue, Sr.
Michael was a 1982 graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School and received his B.S. degree in 1986 from Villanova University. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and a friend of many.
He was predeceased by his brother Robert T. Donohue, Jr. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children Michael, Jr., Nicole (Steven Faust) and Rebekah McFadden, his siblings Thomas, Peggy Kowalski (John) and Leo (Laura), his grandchild Riley Faust, and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Sunday, November 15, 2015 6:00-8:00 PM and Monday, November 16, 2015 8:30-9:20 AM The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby, PA (610) 449-0300 and to his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM St. Philomena Church, 41 E. Baltimore Avenue, Lansdowne, PA. Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery.
