Michael Dougherty

Michael J. Dougherty, age 80, of Broomall, PA, formerly of Yeadon, PA, passed away on November 27, 2015. Beloved son of the late Bernard Dougherty and Helen Mullen Dougherty. Father of Michael Dougherty, Jr. and Donald Dougherty, dear brother of Helen Lehman (Joseph), predeceased by brothers Bernard Dougherty (Ellen), Joseph B. Dougherty (Mary Alice) and sister Mary Anne Dougherty. Also survived by his many grandchildren, nieces and nephews, friends and extended family.



Mr. Dougherty was a 1953 graduate of West Catholic Boys High School and received his Bachelor's Degree from Villanova University. He was a veteran of the United States Army.



Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday, December 7, 2015 10:00-10:50 AM St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA and to his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
