Michael D. Kelly, age 64, of Glenolden, PA, formerly of Collingdale, PA, passed away on October 3, 2016. Born in Darby, PA, he was the son of the late John L. and Anna M. Kelly (nee Gillespie).
Michael was a 1971 graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School. He was a self-employed plumber, but also worked for several companies throughout his career. Michael was a Gift of Life donor.
Michael was predeceased by his brothers, Tommy and Jack Kelly. He is survived by his children Michael Kelly (Danielle), Matthew Kelly (Stephanie) and Kevin Kelly (Tina), his grandson William Michael Kelly, his siblings Kathleen Short (Bill), Joseph Kelly (Beth), Jim Kelly, Mary Keeley and Dennis Kelly (Terrie), and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Sunday, October 9, 2016, 6:00-8:00 PM The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby, PA (610) 449-0300 and Monday, October 10, 2016 10:00-10:50 AM St. Joseph Church, 500 Woodlawn Avenue, Collingdale, PA and to his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private
