Michael McGrellis

Michael Francis ”Mick” McGrellis, age 51, of Glen Mills, PA, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2021.

Born in London, England and raised in County Derry, Northern Ireland, he was the son of Daniel and Eileen (nee McLaughlin) McGrellis.

Mick was a self-employed carpenter who was an expert craftsman in his field.  He was an avid golfer, as well as a loyal and reliable friend, with a generous heart.  First and foremost, Mick was devoted to his dearest wife and two girls.

Mick was the beloved husband of Allison (nee Coady) McGrellis; the loving father of Ciara McGrellis and Claire McGrellis; the dear brother of Teresa O’Hara of Derry, Northern Ireland and Mary Gascgoine, of Northumberland, UK.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Sunday evening, April 25, 2021, 6:30 – 8:30 PM and again Monday morning, 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM at St. Cornelius Church, 160 Ridge Road, Chadds Ford, PA  19317, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.  Mick's Funeral Mass will be livestreamed by Saint Cornelius Church’s website beginning at 11:00 AM.  Please click the following link: https://livestream.com/saintcornelius .  SS.
