Michael C. Piazza

Michael C. Piazza, 68, of Pottstown, PA, passed away June 22, 2024.

Born October 1, 1955 in Norristown, PA, he was a son of the late Casper Michael and Mildred May (née Yakscoe) Piazza.  

Mike was a 1974 graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School. He was a longtime employee of Elk Environmental Services, where he worked as Transportation Manager.

Mike was an avid hunter. He was a member of the South Birdsboro Archery Rod and Gun Club and Mifflin County Sportsman Association. 

He was the beloved fiancé of Nancy L. Gaspari; loving brother of Joseph Piazza (Helen Mary), Lori Straup (Timothy), and Charles Piazza (Kimberly Billetta); dear step-father of Aldo Gaspari, Jr. (Teodora), Anthony Gaspari (Amanda), and Marc Gaspari (Lana); and proud step-grandfather of Nina Ogrizek, Aldo Gaspari, III, Silvi Gaspari, Isabella Gaspari, Xander Johnson, Truson Pittman and Braxton Gillie. 

He was predeceased by his brother, James Piazza. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 21, 2024 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335, followed by his Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM.
