Michael David Wagner, age 49, of Newtown Square, PA, passed away on December 27, 2015. He will be missed by his beloved wife, Sowathya Elizabeth and his two daughters Alyssa, age 4 and Sarah age 1-1/2.
Michael graduated from Penn State in May, 1994. He spent 4 years in the U.S. Army where he spent half of his tour in Germany. He was employed for Kimberly Clark from July 29, 2002 to the present.
Michael loved spending time with his families and friends. His passions included traveling, going to the beach, fishing and running.
Michael was predeceased by his father, Dieter Wagner last year. In addition to his wife and children, Michael is survived by his mother Carmela Straccionne of Ocean Pines, MD, his stepfather David Straccione of Ocean Pines, MD, his stepmother Judy Wagner of Millsboro, DE, his brother David Wagner (Debbie) of Aston, PA, his stepbrothers, Anthony Straccione (Melissa) of Media, PA, and Carmen Straccione (Cara) of Ocean Pines, MD, and his stepsister Lisa Straccione of Prospect Park, PA. He is also survived by his 9 nephews and nieces Joseph, Francesca, Zachary, Joshua, Gianna, Antonia, Sophia, Vincent and Mia.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Wednesday, December 30, 2015 11:30 AM-12:50 PM St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA followed by his Memorial Mass at 1:00 PM. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mike to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 would be appreciated.
