Bonanno, Edward J., age 89 of West Chester, PA. Born in Phila, PA to Michael and Elvira (nee Capaccio) Bonanno.
Edward was a Truck Dispatcher for Maislin Brothers prior to establishing Bonanno Concrete which he owned and operated for 40 years.
"Pop Pop Eddie" was admired for his great sense of humor and was adored by his grandchildren. He enjoyed reciting poetry and limericks and was proud of his extensive Hess Truck collection.
Mr. Bonanno is survived by his beloved daughter Sharyn (David) Flaherty; his brother Pasquale Bonanno; his grandchildren Gregory (Kelly), Danny (Alyssa), and Ryan (Cari) Flaherty; and his great grandchildren Dempsey, Grady, and Avery Flaherty. He is also survived by his 4 nieces.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday, December 30, from 9:00-10:00 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home 1627, West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, followed by his Funeral Service at 10:00 AM. Int. Glenwood Memorial Garden, Broomall PA.
