Mr. John D'Angelo Sr.

John N. D'Angelo, Sr., age 81, of Prospect Park, formerly of South Philadelphia, passed away on January 27, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late Charles and Pauline D'Angelo. John loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed bowling, going to the racetrack, eating good food and his beloved Camaro. John was the owner and operator of John D'Angelo Wall & Floor for over 40 years. John is predeceased by his loving wife Erena D'Angelo (nee Nicastro) and his son Domenic D'Angelo. He is survived by his children John D'Angelo II (Liz), Denise D'Angelo, and Laura Walters (Nate). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Relatives and Friends are invited to his Visitation 9:00-11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Avenue, Morton, PA 19070 followed by his Funeral Service. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
