Anna H. McCarthy "Nancy", age 91, of Jacksonville, FL, formerly of Newtown Square, PA, passed away on February 14, 2018.
Nancy was an avid gardener, loved to crochet, a great cook, and was a devoted volunteer with Meals on Wheels. She was also an active member of St. Anastasia Church.
Beloved wife of the late William P. McCarthy, loving mother of Nancy McCarthy, Patrick (Carolyn) McCarthy, and Michael (Nancy) McCarthy. Predeceased by Baby McCarthy in 1953. Dear sister of Geraldine Hunt and predeceased by brothers Thomas (Peggy) Hunt, James Hunt and William Hunt. Also survived by her sister-in-laws Joan and Helen. Cherished grandmother of Lauren, Michael Jr., Shaun, and Moira.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation, Saturday, February 24, 2018, 10:00 -11:00 AM followed by her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA.
