Mrs. Catherine Schnell

Catherine M. Schnell (nee Gibbons), age 92, of Havertown, PA passed away on July 27, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Joseph L. Schnell. Dear mother of Cathy Keck (Karl), Jean Shannon (Tom), Mary Lou McGurk, and Trudy Kelly (Bill). Sister of Gertrude Verzella and the late Marguerite Quin and Mildred Gibbons. Also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.



Catherine was a Past President of the West Catholic Girls Alumnae Association and a member of the West Catholic Hall of Fame. She was also a Past President of the Annunciation Social Club. Catherine was also a Girl Scout leader from 1959-1966.
