Mrs. Frances Bellew

Bellew Frances H. Liberkowski Bellew, 97, Passed away on Jan 3, 2014 at Saint Francis Country House surrounded by her loving family. Frances was the wife of the late Lawrence Bellew and mother of the late Patricia Bellew. Grandson Douglass Frietas and great grandson Kyle Scheivert predeceased her. Frances was a graduate of Bishop Hallahan HS in Phila. She also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, crossword puzzles and ceramics. She was a big fan of the Phillies and the Temple Owls basketball. Survivors: Children, Sr. Helen Julie Bellew, SND deN of Wilmington, DE, Teresa Bellew of Germantown, MD, Geraldine (Stephen) Vitelli of Broomall, Dr. Lawrence J. (Maureen) Bellew, DO. of Chadds Ford, PA and Kathleen (late Donald) Donnelly of Wilmington DE. 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services: Friends are invited to Frances' Life Celebration Monday 6-8PM at James F. Knoetgen of Morton, 746 Kedron Ave, (Rt. 420) and Tuesday 9-9:45AM at St Cornelius Church, 160 Ridge Rd, Chadds Ford, PA 19317. Followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM. Interment: Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
