MacArthur Joyce S. MacArthur (nee Strain) 82, formerly of Ridley for over 80 years died peacefully surrounded by the love of her family in Frederick PA. On February 22, 2013. Joyce is the beloved daughter of the late John M. Strain and Eva Elizabeth White Strain. Loving wife of the late John F. MacArthur Sr. of 48 years. Sister of the late June and Jeanette and John M. Strain. Joyce was a graduate of Upper Darby High School class of 1948 also Joyce was a homemaker who loved to spend time with her family. Joyce is survived by her loving sons John F. Jr. (Susan). Of Salt Lake City UT. James (Trudi) of Oley PA. And Jeffrey MacArthur of Aston PA. Sister of Jean ( Charles ) Arnold of East Petersburg PA. And Joanne ( Donald ) Alban of Lynchburg VA. Sister in law of Donald Tapper of Garnett Valley PA. And Regina MacArthur of Media PA.
