Mrs. Margaret Crawford

Crawford Margaret W. Crawford "Peggy" (nee Wright). Upper Providence homemaker, passed away at Lima Estates on Jan 27, 2013. She was 94. Peggy was born in Philadelphia on Sept 4, 1918. She was the daughter of the late Albert M. and Carol Shaw Wright of Phoenixville, PA. In Addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Allen F. Crawford and her brother Richard Wright of Phoenixville, PA. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Carol M. and Eugene "Sonny" Coulbourne of The Villages, Fl, a grandson John Obara Jr., and two great grandchildren, Samantha and Jillian Obara of Wilmington, DE. Peggy was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She loved to dance and enjoyed cooking, reading and bowling. She was an animal lover and was extremely fond of the dogs and cats that she had over the years. She belonged to the Media Woman's Auxiliary of Riddle Memorial Hospital and volunteered at the hospital. Most of the years were at the Riddle Thrift Shop. Services are private.
