MaryAnn Myers Keiser went home to be with the Lord on Sunday January 14th.
MaryAnn was born February 13, 1932. She was preceded in death by her parents Edgar Miller Myers and Mary B. Myers of Drexel Hill, PA.; her husbands John F. Keiser Jr. of West Chester, and Clifton L. Leaidicker of West Chester; step son John Frederick Keiser III and step daughter Linda Keiser.
She is survived by her 5 daughters, Jill Ann Keiser of Wimberly, Texas, Kimberly Webster Keiser and partner Sharon Webster Keiser of New Castle DE, Beth Ann Sheets and fiance Brent Alderfer of Cape May, NJ, MaryAnn Keiser Ruppe and husband Rick Ruppe of Suffolk, VA, and Margaret Lepor and husband David Lepor of Cape May, NJ; stepson Clifton Leaidicker II and girlfriend Linda Smith. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren Naia Keiser, Sarah Sheets Cowan and husband Harry Cowan III, Ryan Sheets, Katlyn Sheets, Matthew Lepor, Cole Ruppe, and Jared Lepor; 2 great-grandchildren, Harry Cowan IV, and Wren Cowan; step grandchildren Jeremy, Christopher, and Matthew Leaidicker, and Travis and Erin Keiser of NJ; step great-grandson Corbin Leaidicker.
MaryAnn was a graduate of Dickenson College, and attended Temple University, Villanova University, and Penn State University. She was a Ford Foundation Scholarship recipient, member of the Chester County Historical Society, a member of Needlework Guild, member of Lansdowne Methodist Church, Member of the Lansdowne 20th Century Club, member of the Chester County chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and a life member and past Sr. State President of the Signal Hill Chapter of The Children of the American Revolution. MaryAnn taught Special Education with the IU Unit, and West Chester Area School District from 1955 to 1998. She loved traveling with her dear friend Carlah Young.
Relatives and Friends are invited to her Visitation Saturday, January 27, 2018 10-11 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382 followed by her Memorial Service at 11 AM.
