Mrs. Stella Murtha

Murtha Stella Marie Murtha (nee Reblock), age 88, of Matthews, NC, formerly of Folcroft, PA, died on Monday, January 14, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Paul Murtha. She was born on May 26, 1924 in Port Byron, NY to the late Stanley and Hermina Guz Reblock. Stella was a homemaker most of her life and was devoted to her family and was an avid Phillies fan. SURVIVORS: Mother of Pauline Kelly, Bart Murtha (Jeanne) and Rosemarie Krynski (Larry); grandmother of Lori Trimboli (Michael), Deanie Trifaro (Bill), Becky Krynski, Paul Krynski and Ben Krynski; great grandmother of Joseph Doris (Brie), Billy Umstetter, Brian Trifaro, and Sam Trifaro; great great grandmother of Brook Doris and Kenzie Doris. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are invited to attend Stella's life celebration on Monday, January 21, 2013 evening from 6-8pm at James F. Knoetgen of Morton 746 Kedron Avenue (Route 420). Stella's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 10am at St. George's Church 22 East Cooke Avenue Glenolden, PA. Interment Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
