Ms. Mary Kearney

April 29, 1969 — December 21, 2017

Mary Elizabeth "Mary Beth" Kearney, 48, of Drexel Hill passed away on Dec. 21, 2017 after a battle with cancer.



Mary Beth was born April 29, 1969 to Joseph and Elizabeth Ann (Betty Ann) Kearney (nee Ryan) in Haverford, PA. She attended Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic School and Archbishop Prendergast High School ('86), before graduating from Neumann University ('95).



Mary Beth was a loving caregiver to her mother who suffered from Parkinson's disease. She was a very proud aunt who enjoyed spending time visiting with her twin nieces and nephew, and in the summer vacationing in Ocean City, NJ. She taught elementary school for several years at St. Alice Elementary before becoming a Test Administrator for Delaware County Community College. She also remained an active member of Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.



Mary Beth is survived by her loving father, Joseph Kearney; brother, Joseph Kearney Jr. (Tiffany), nieces Alexandra and Annalise, and nephew, Reagan.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Ann Kearney.



Relatives and Friends are invited to her Visitation, Friday December 29, 2017, 9:30 AM

10:20 AM followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM at Saint Charles Borromeo, 3422 Dennison Ave, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. After Mass, there will be a luncheon in Mary Beth's honor at The Lamb Tavern.



Condolences may be sent to Mr. Kearney at 3811 Clearlight Road, Celina, TX 75009 where he now resides with his son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren.
