Nadine L. Venuti (nee LaSpada), age 70, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on January 18, 2014. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine LaSpada (nee DiMezzes). Nadine was employed as a secretary/bookkeeper with Bryn Mawr Youth and Family Center in Bryn Mawr. She retired 7 years ago.
Nadine was a Lector and Eucharistic Minister at St. Laurence Parish, as well as a member of the St. Laurence Pro-Life Group and the H.O.P.E. organization.
Nadine is survived by her beloved husband Richard E. Venuti, her loving sons Richard E., Jr. and Steven A. Venuti, her siblings Gary LaSpada and Janice Wilamowski (Thomas), her brother-in-law Peter R. Venuti (Muriel) and sister-in-law Catherine Duffy (Robert) and her nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday evening 7-9 PM and Thursday 9-10 AM The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby, PA (610) 449-0300 and to her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM St. Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to St. Laurence Church at the above address or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
