Patricia Guenesso

Patricia A. Guenesso (nee Regan), age 84, of Downingtown, PA, formerly of East Lansdowne, PA, passed away on October 27, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia to the late Richard A. and Marie (nee Kennedy) Regan and raised in Stonehurst section of Upper Darby, she lost her father at the age of 11, while he was serving in World War II.
Patricia attended St. Cyril's School and graduated from Notre Dame in Moylan, PA.
She became one of the first EKG technicians at Riddle Memorial Hospital.
Patricia and her late husband Frank J. raised their children in East Lansdowne, where Patricia was an active volunteer at St. Cyril's. She also worked as a Medical Assistant, retiring to help care for and raise her grandchildren.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren, especially going to their activities. She also volunteered at Brandywine Hospital.
Patricia moved to Downingtown to live with her daughter Judy and son-in-law Dave and help raise her grandchildren Shane and Faith.
Patricia was pre-deceased by her beloved husband Frank J. Guenesso and her grandson, Richard.
She is survived by her loving children, Mark (Ann), Paul (Andrea) and Judy Moore (Dave); adored grandchildren, Stephanie Mace (Jason), Christopher Guenesso (Megan), Ashley Constantino (Lou), Anthony Guenesso, James Gillespie, Lorelai Gillespie, Francis Guenesso, Colleen Guenesso, Josephine Guenesso, Shane Moore and Faith Moore; cherished great-grandchildren, Jayden, Ethan, Ariana, and Cora Mace, Lincoln, Miles and Lennox Guenesso, and Nicholas Constantino.
She is also survived by her brother Jim Regan (Lois Ann).
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 9:30-11:00 AM Friday at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 West Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA (610)269-3080, followed by her Funeral Service 11:00 AM. Interment Private.
