Patricia A. Sullivan (nee Desmond), age 88, of Hershey's Mill, West Chester, PA, passed peacefully in the comfort of her own home with her family by her side.
Pat is survived by her devoted husband Frank, of 67 years and their four children; Patti, Kathi (Xavier Vargas), Frankie (Karyl) and Marybeth (Rick Rose). Pat and Frank have nine wonderful grandchildren; Trish (Allan Law), Jimmy (Katie), Sean (Amanda), Erin, Jourdan, Garrett, Logan, Katie and Andrew as well as two beautiful great grandchildren; Caroline and Sullivan.
Pat was born in Lowell, MA to William and Mary Desmond, fourth of six children. She is also survived by her youngest brother and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Desmond of Lowell, MA. Pat and Frank raised their children in Newtown Square, PA and have resided in Hershey's Mill in West Chester, PA for the last 28 years.
She was an avid golfer, gifted seamstress and quilter.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay respects at SS Simon & Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Ct, West Chester, PA 19382 from 9:15-10:15 AM Wednesday, May 3, 2017 followed by the funeral mass at 10:30 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's name can be made to her favorite charity St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the American Cancer Society (colon cancer), 1626 Locust St, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
