Paul Machamer

Paul J. Machamer, 37, of Philadelphia, long-time resident of West Chester, PA passed away suddenly on July 17, 2014.



Born in West Chester, PA, Paul was the son of Soogie (Choi) and Jonathan Machamer.



Paul attended Great Valley High School and was a member of the football team.



He was very active in the AA and NA communities and was working towards becoming a counselor to help others struggling with addiction.



Most recently, he worked as a cook for The Cranaleith Spiritual Center in Philadelphia, PA.



Paul was the loving father of Aria Marie. Paul was so proud of his beautiful daughter and loved her with all his heart. She was his inspiration through many difficult times and will always be loved by him.



He was the beloved brother of Ruth Calhoun (Rob) and David Machamer.



Paul will be remembered for his larger than life persona. His humor and spirit brought happiness and inspiration to everyone around him.



Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 12:00-2:00 PM Saturday, July 26, 2014 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA, 610-431-9000 and to his Memorial Service at 1:00 PM. Interment will be private.
