Beloved son of Thomas F. and Jacqueline (Fernandez) Hayes.
Dear husband of Mary Kate (Dempsey) Hayes; loving father of Caroline K. Hayes (Stephen Grasso), Peter C. Hayes and Ty M. Hayes; dear brother of Tom Hayes, Kathy Evans (Bruce) and Karen Hayes. Also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit family no earlier than 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Monday, December 19, 2016 at St. Patrick's Church, 104 Channing Ave, Malvern, PA 19355, followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM. Int. Private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 100 N. 20th St. # 405, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
