Phillip Yam, age 31, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on August 19, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of Lane Phonn and the late Hong Yam. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister Fan Yam, and his aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday, August 23, 2013 7:00-9:00 PM and Saturday, August 24, 2013 11:00 AM-12 Noon at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA (610) 449-0300. Interment will be private.
