Phyllis A. Robertson, 93, of Coatesville, PA and formerly of Paoli, PA passed away on November 5, 2017.
Born in Downingtown, PA in 1924, she was the daughter of the late Ralph J. and Elizabeth M. (nee Moore) Eppehimer.
She graduated from the West Chester State Teachers College in 1945. Phyllis taught in several elementary schools in the West Chester School District for 35 years and volunteered her services at elementary schools well into her retirement.
She enjoyed all types of needlework. Phyllis was a member of the Paoli Presbyterian Church for 58 years.
She was the beloved wife of the late John M. Robertson; dear sister of Walter R. Eppehimer and Eleanor L. Charles; loving aunt of 7 nieces and nephews and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 9:30-10:30 AM Saturday, November 11, 2017 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335, 610-269-3080 followed by her Funeral Service at 10:30 AM. Interment Hopewell United Methodist Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Arc of Chester County, 900 Lawrence Drive, West Chester, PA 19380.
