Priscilla (Pat) Petrondi passed away on Christmas Day, her favorite holiday.
Born in Havertown, PA to William and Margaret DiFrancesco. Pat was survived by her devoted husband James (Jim) of 66 years and children James (Wendy), Cindy Moltz (Toby) Steven, Richard (Helen) ,Thomas (Kim) and grandchildren Justan Pratt, Kristie Palmer (Oliver), Katherine Williams (Chris), James, Sean & Sara Petrondi and great grandson Jon Lucas and loving sisters Patsy Bannister and Sandra Walton. She is predeceased by brothers Anthony and William DiFrancesco and sister Margaret Horan,
Pat was a self taught florist, decorator and designer. Known as the Weed Lady for her ability to make beautiful arrangements from garden flowers, herbs and common weeds. In 1966 she and her husband Jim developed her talents into a business known as the 1847 Farm. Pat sold her beautiful creations in the flower and gift shop and greenhouse while Jim farmed their 10 acres of flowers which were sold at the farm and nationwide. Pats talents where featured on TV and in national publications. In addition to her creativity Pat was known for her warmth and generosity.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
