Ralph L. Hansen, 86, of Newtown Square, PA passed away on April 26, 2014.
Born in Philadelphia, in 1927, Ralph was the son of Edith Kask and Ralph N. Hansen, both deceased.
Ralph served honorably in the US Army during World War II in the Pacific Theater. He was a 1951 graduate of Temple University, where he played both football and baseball.
He loved art and was accomplished artist. He served as a District Judge in Ridley
Park in the 60's. He was active at Paoli Presbyterian.
Ralph was the beloved husband of Betty L. Hansen; loving father of Karen H. Ramsey (Thomas) of Chester Springs, PA, Jeri Hansen of Somers Point, NJ and David R. Hansen of Willistown, PA; loving grandfather of Marissa, Jacob, Marielle and Lauren; dear brother of David A. Hansen of Stoneybank, NY.
Relatives and friends are invited to join his family for a graveside service on May 1, 2014 12:45 PM at Philadelphia Memorial Park, 124 Phoenixville Pike, Frazer, PA, 19355.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
